2IC, Daleford Dairy, Caveside TAS
Daleford, a BWB Management farm, is looking for a capable and hands-on 2IC to support daily dairy operations and help lead a positive, high-performing team.
This is a permanent role on a newly purchased dairy farm currently milking 650 cows, with plans to expand to 1,000–1,100 cows following the construction of a new 60-bale rotary dairy.
The role includes supporting milking operations, animal husbandry, pasture and feed management, machinery operation and general farm planning.
We’re looking for someone with farming or dairy experience, strong communication skills, a practical approach, and the ability to work independently. Applicants must currently reside in Australia.
On farm accommodation available.
