Meet Our Team

BWB is a close-knit team comprising one full-time and four part-time staff members. Together, we bring generations of agricultural expertise and a deep understanding of the industry. United by a shared commitment to creating value for our farm owners, we work collaboratively to drive long-term success.

Across our seven farms, we have a dedicated team of 36 people, including two Share Farmers, six Managers, six Operations Coordinators, and 22 permanent and casual Farm Hands. During the busy spring season - calving and joining - farm hand numbers can increase to as many as 40 to meet the demands of the work

Syndicating rural enterprises gives you the benefits of owning the business outright, without the constraints of day-to-day management. It also reduces risk because you can divide your available capital between locations and enterprises, without losing optimum scale. Investing in a syndicated property is a team sport.

BWB’s model is ideal for those wanting involvement in the asset without the day-to-day responsibility. Their partners are co-owners with top industry expertise, giving us great confidence. Annual farm visits with managers and BWB specialists offer valuable insights into current trends. We’re now owners in two farms and couldn’t be happier. The collective strength enables investments beyond individual reach.
