Kooparoona
Kooparoona was acquired in 2022 as an operating dairy. Post-acquisition development included significant upgrades to drainage, fencing, stock water infrastructure, and pasture quality. In 2024, the dairy was further enhanced with the installation of automatic cup removers, cow identification technology, and drafting systems.
The farm features a 180-hectare milking platform, with 150 hectares under centre pivot and hard hose irrigation. An additional 40 hectares of dryland pasture is leased across the road from the main block.
Kooparoona is currently milking 550 cows, with plans to increase herd numbers as part of a targeted pasture and herd improvement strategy.
