All farms

BWB oversees the management of seven dairy farms across northern Tasmania, in Dairy Plains, Wilmot, Waterhouse and Scottsdale. Together the farms encompass 3,200 hectares and milk 7,300 cows on pasture-based systems. 

Each farm is led by a full-time manager who has the autonomy to oversee daily operations. Managers are supported by a dedicated Management Support Team (MST), which includes a BWB director, a local farmer, and a BWB support representative. MSTs meet monthly, providing a platform for farm managers to share ideas, address challenges, and track progress
